You can definitely try for a job abroad, but don't plan to settle or take your family, as you will eventually have to come back or keep travelling.

You should try to go first and then see how much of settlement and stability you can achieve there. Surely, it will benefit you.

Next two year 2024 and 2025, you will get an opportunity if you start now. If you are able to continues post that period too there, then you may consider shifting family and such related decisions.
